1. What TryNayaLook does

TryNayaLook lets you preview hairstyles, hair colours, beards, tattoos and makeup on your own photo. Basic previews run in your browser. Optional AI-generated looks are created using Google Gemini after you sign in, give explicit photo-processing consent and use a credit.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use this service. Never upload a photo of a child without a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Use photos you have permission to use

Upload only your own photo, or a photo of another real person after they have clearly agreed to a stylized preview of themselves. By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• you own the photo or have all rights needed to use it;
• every identifiable person in it has consented to the upload and to AI processing of their likeness;
• it does not show a child unless a parent or guardian has consented.

We do not pre-screen uploads. The service processes photos automatically on your instruction, so you alone are responsible for any photo you upload and for any harm or legal claim that results from uploading someone else's photo without consent.

4. Licence to process your photo

You keep all rights to your uploaded photo. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary licence to process it only to provide the preview or AI look you asked for. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• impersonate, harass, bully, defame or mislead anyone;
• create sexual, intimate, morphed or deceptive imagery of a real person;
• upload unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise prohibited content;
• reverse-engineer, copy or scrape the website, or access it with bots or automated tools;
• interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks;
• get around usage limits, credit rules or the one-free-credit rule (for example, by using multiple accounts);
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Previews are illustrative

Templates, alignment and suitability estimates are experimental. Results may not represent an actual haircut, tattoo, cosmetic product or accessory fit. Suitability scores are not beauty ratings, professional advice or guarantees. AI results are illustrative and may contain errors.

7. You control your results

You decide whether to download or share an image. You are responsible for how you use and share results, and for permission to use any third-party content you provide.

8. Service availability and free credit

Style inspiration and experimental local previews are free. Each Google account receives exactly one free AI credit on first verified sign-in. This never resets after sign-out, clearing browser data, switching devices, or deleting and recreating an account. One successful AI-generated look uses one credit. Generation requires Google sign-in, explicit photo-processing consent and an available credit. Service capacity can also limit availability.

9. Credits, payments and failed generations

Each AI look lets you generate one successful AI-generated result. Your AI Looks Balance shows how many you have left.

Additional looks are available through Unlock AI Looks at the INR price shown before checkout. Verified successful payments add looks to the existing balance. Pending, cancelled, failed or unverified payments add none. Looks currently have no scheduled expiry. One look is reserved during generation and deducted only when a result is successfully generated. Failed or rejected generations release the reservation; interrupted requests release it after the processing timeout. Duplicate requests and payment notifications do not create duplicate charges or looks.

10. Payment support and refunds

All purchases of digital AI looks are final and non-refundable, including unused looks, change of mind or dissatisfaction with an illustrative AI result, except where required by applicable law. Purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment. For duplicate charges, missing looks or pending payments, contact trynayalook@gmail.com with your order ID so we can investigate. Do not send card details or payment secrets. Account deletion removes the remaining wallet balance.

11. Reporting misuse and content removal

If you believe your photo or likeness, or that of someone you represent, was uploaded or processed through TryNayaLook without consent, email trynayalook@gmail.com with enough detail for us to identify it. You do not need to be a TryNayaLook user to report. We review every report. For complaints involving impersonation, morphed images, or sexual or intimate imagery of a real person, we aim to act within 24 hours of receiving a valid complaint. We may restrict, suspend or delete the account responsible.

12. Enforcement and termination

We may review AI usage records to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, and may refuse a request, restrict, suspend or delete an account, or remove access for anyone who misuses the service, with or without notice. Account deletion removes the remaining credit balance.

13. Intellectual property

The TryNayaLook name, logo, website design, style templates, catalogue and underlying technology belong to Maikansh Gi. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission. Inspiration photos from third parties (such as Unsplash) remain subject to their own licences.

14. Disclaimer

TryNayaLook is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maikansh Gi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of TryNayaLook. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 3 months before the claim.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maikansh Gi from any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from photos or content you upload, results you create or share, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights, including privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use TryNayaLook after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
