TryNayaLook is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.
Instant digital look delivery
Purchased looks are delivered instantly to the same signed-in TryNayaLook account after successful payment verification. No courier, postal delivery or shipping charge applies. AI Looks Balance balance reflects the delivered looks, and each successful generation uses one look.
Payment verification delays
A pending payment, bank confirmation delay or temporary network interruption can delay look delivery. Pending, failed, cancelled or unverified payments do not add looks. Use Check again in the payment confirmation screen and review My Looks while signed in to the account used for purchase. If payment was debited but looks have not arrived, email trynayalook@gmail.com with your order ID and payment ID before making another payment.
Accessing your digital looks
After looks arrive, upload your photo, choose a style and select See My Naya Look. AI generation depends on service availability and is separate from delivery of the purchased looks. Download generated results before leaving the page; TryNayaLook does not maintain a stored photo library.
