No Refund Policy
All purchases of digital AI looks are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused looks, change of mind, accidental package selection or dissatisfaction with an illustrative AI result, except where required by applicable law. Please review the selected package and price before paying. Purchases cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
Cancelling before payment
You can cancel or close checkout before completing payment. Cancelled or failed payments do not add looks. If payment has already succeeded, closing the page does not cancel the purchase; contact support with the order ID for help.
Payment issues
For duplicate charges, missing looks or a failed payment where money was debited, email trynayalook@gmail.com or call +91 84334 70902 with your order ID, payment ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate the transaction and look delivery. Failed-payment reversals handled by your bank or payment provider are separate from our no-refund policy for completed purchases. Do not send card details, CVV, UPI PINs, passwords or payment secrets.
Failed AI generations
One look is reserved while a look is generated and deducted only on successful generation. Failed or rejected generations release the reserved look. Interrupted requests release it after the processing timeout. This restores the available look; it is not a cash refund.
Before deleting your account
Please resolve outstanding payment, look or refund questions with support before deleting your account. Account deletion removes your remaining wallet balance.
